One plan, not three
Tiers mean deciding which features to withhold, and that is a decision worth making with customers rather than before them. Everything the product does is in the one price.
Priced per recruiter, not per requisition
Charging by requisition would give you a reason to keep requisitions out of the system, and the product only works when they are all in it. A req nobody entered cannot go quiet, which is the one thing this is built to tell you.
It is not priced on company headcount either. This is a tool for a recruiter's desk, not a system that touches everyone you employ.
Collaborators are free, and always will be
A hiring manager who opens a shared view is not a seat and never becomes one. Charging for the people you need to keep informed would make you invite fewer of them, which defeats the point of the product.
If a payment fails you keep your data
A declined card puts the account in read only after a grace period. You can still see everything and export everything. Your pipeline is your job, and holding it hostage over a billing problem would be a strange way to run a business.
Cancelling does not delete anything
Export your requisitions and their full activity history on your way out. Nothing is destroyed because you stopped paying.
Does it pay for itself
A recruiter carrying fifty open requisitions is $588 a year. One req that stalls for a month because nobody noticed costs more than that in agency spend, in a delayed start date, or in the manager who stops trusting the update. You only have to catch one.
